How to make Bran Buns
Prepare the required ingredients.
Pour warm beer into the bowl. Add honey and salt. Stir.
Add yeast. Stir.
Add bran, flour, butter. Start kneading with a spoon.
When the dough becomes difficult to mix, knead with your hands. It will adhere at first, but gradually become elastic and soft. Sprinkle flour on top if the dough sticks. Round up. Transfer to a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
After the time has elapsed, warm up and leave for another 1 hour in a warm place.
After the second proofing, divide the dough into the desired number of products. I divided into 15 portions.
Give the blanks a rounded shape. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cover with a towel and let sit for 30 minutes. Then brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the finished buns warm from the sheet, transfer to a vase.
Serve with your favorite drinks or with your first course. Enjoy your meal!
