Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for one hour.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and put onions. Fry it over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring.
Rinse the cabbage, squeeze and place in a pan with fried onions.
Saute the cabbage over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring to prevent it from burning. Season with salt and sugar to taste.
Put the cabbage into a baking dish and place the pork legs on top. Add 2-3 tablespoons of broth.
Combine sour cream, mustard, soy sauce and grated garlic in a bowl.
Spread half of the mixture on the legs.
Place the dish in a sleeve or baking bag and tuck the edges. Punch some holes in the film.
Bake everything in a hot oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
Remove from the oven and carefully remove the bag so as not to burn yourself. Turn the legs over to the other side and coat with the remaining mass on all sides.
Put the baking dish back in the sleeve and bake for another 50-60 minutes. Take the mold out of the oven and remove the sleeve. Arrange immediately on plates and serve.
