- Beef - 400 Grams
- Carrots - 100 Grams

How to cook "Barley with meat and mushrooms"

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Peel carrots and onions, rinse. Cut carrots into cubes, onions into half rings or cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add vegetables and meat. Grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Rinse the pearl barley, transfer to a cast-iron pan, add the chopped champignons.

Pour in warm water, add spices. Cook, covered, for 50 minutes over low heat.

Barley with meat and mushrooms is ready. Enjoy your meal!
