How to cook "Delicious and fluffy pancakes"
Prepare your ingredients.
Pour a spoonful of sugar into a bowl and beat in a chicken egg.
Beat everything with a mixer for a minute.
Pour in a portion of kefir and throw in a pinch of salt.
Sift the wheat flour in portions, kneading the dough with a mixer or whisk.
The dough turns out to be thick, as in the photo.
Add baking soda.
Mix everything well and leave to rest for 5 minutes. You don't need to stir the dough anymore!
Heat a frying pan with butter, spread the dough with a spoon. Fry the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side.
