How to cook "Homemade cheese in the oven"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your homemade cheese.

Pour kefir into a bowl, beat in eggs, add sugar and salt, mix until smooth.

Bring the milk to a boil and pour in the kefir mass, stirring.

Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes. The mass should curl up and become flakes.

Wash and dry the dill, chop finely. Remove the pan with the cheese mass from the heat and add the chopped dill there, stir.

Cover the colander with a very thick cloth (I have a special bag for making cheese) and pour over the liquid. Hang up and drain the whey.

Then place the weight on the cheese for 3 hours.

Cover the baking dish with baking paper and put the prepared cottage cheese there, tamp. I do not write the size of the mold, because the amount of cheese directly depends on the quality of the milk. But it should be filled almost to the top with cheese.

Brush the top of the cheese with yolk.

Place in a hot oven and bake the cheese for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove the cheese pan from the oven and cool, remove the paper.
