- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Vanilla extract - 1-3 drops

- Star anise - 1-2 Pieces (asterisk)

How to make Cold Cherry Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Place the water, cherries and sugar over medium heat. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and star anise. Bring to a boil, cook for 5-7 minutes.

Combine cream and sour cream with a blender.

Pour the mixture into the hot base. Stir and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
