- Semolina - 1 Glass
- Sour cream - 1 Glass
- Wheat flour - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Eggs - 3 Glasses
- Butter - 100 grams
- Vanilla sugar bag - 1 Piece
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
How to cook "Air Mannik"
Prepare your ingredients.
Beat eggs into a container for beating, add sugar, salt, beat with a mixer until creamy.
Add sour cream to the whipped mass, beat again.
Melt the butter (this can be done in the microwave for 20-30 seconds), whisk the mixture with butter.
Add semolina, vanilla sugar, baking powder to the whipped mass, beat again.
Add flour, beat until smooth.
Pour the dough into a baking dish. Bake the manna at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
For a beautiful presentation, sprinkle the cooled manna with icing sugar, garnish with berries or pieces of fruit, although it is wonderful as it is.
