The use of stew makes the whole process of cooking the basics quick and affordable. A quick-and-dirty summer cottage option that will help out in any situation. You can take any stew, but give preference to a higher quality and proven one, because the success of the whole dish will depend on it.

Ingredients:
- Stew - 500 Grams
- Cucumber - 2 Pieces (salted)
- Potatoes - 1 Kilogram
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Flour - 1 Teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
- Greens - To taste
Servings: 6-8
How to cook "Azu with stew"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the potatoes into strips and fry in fat from stew to golden brown.

In another skillet, fry the diced onion in the fat from the stew.

Add flour and diced cucumbers to the onion. Simmer all together for 5-7 minutes.

Then add the tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes.

Combine all the ingredients in a cauldron or any other heavy-bottomed dish. Add the stew, salt, spices, bay leaf and some water. Simmer everything over low heat until all ingredients are cooked through.

Add chopped garlic and herbs a couple of minutes until tender. Azu with stew is ready.
