- Wheat flour - 450-500 grams
- Jam - 150 grams (for example, currant)
- Lean oil - 100 grams
- Walnuts - 60-80 Grams
- Fruit juice - 100 grams (for example, currant or cherry)
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vinegar 9% - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 100 Grams

How to make Lean Nut Pie

Prepare your ingredients.

Combine juice, butter and jam in a bowl. I had currant.

Quench the baking soda with vinegar.

Add slaked baking soda to the dough.

Add sugar and stir.

Chop the walnuts with a knife.

Pour the nuts into the dough.

Add the sifted flour.

Stir to make a lump-free dough. It will be a little sticky.

Place the dough in a baking dish and flatten.

Bake the pie in the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.
