- Wheat flour - 450-500 grams

How to make Lean Nut Pie
Prepare your ingredients.
Combine juice, butter and jam in a bowl. I had currant.
Quench the baking soda with vinegar.
Add slaked baking soda to the dough.
Add sugar and stir.
Chop the walnuts with a knife.
Pour the nuts into the dough.
Add the sifted flour.
Stir to make a lump-free dough. It will be a little sticky.
