- Minced meat - 600 grams
- Rice - 400 Grams (parboiled)
- Onions - 1-2 Pieces

- Garlic - 2 Cloves

How to cook "Lazy pilaf"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and wash vegetables. Rinse the rice several times with water.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet with high sides or in a cauldron. Fry the onions first, then add the carrots. Fry until golden brown.

Next, put the minced meat in the pan, fry almost until tender. Season with salt to taste and add chopped garlic.

Next, lay out the washed rice, flatten with a spatula and fill with water 1.5 cm above the rice level.

When the broth comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low, season with salt to taste and cook, covered, until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Lazy pilaf is ready! Let it stand for another 5 minutes under the lid on the switched off stove and you can serve it to the table.
