How to make "Raspberry Yeast Pie"

Prepare the ingredients for making the raspberry pie.

Place yeast in a bowl.

Pour in warm milk and add sugar, vanilla sugar.

Add salt.

Add melted butter and chill a little before doing it.

Pour in the sifted flour.

Knead a soft, elastic dough that may stick to your hands a little. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel. Place in a warm place.

In an hour and a half, the dough will significantly increase in volume and will be ready for use.

Divide the dough in two. Roll one part into a layer and put in a baking dish. I have a form with a diameter of 22 centimeters with removable sides. In this case, it is convenient to remove the sides. Sprinkle the dough with starch so that it absorbs the juice from the berries. Lay out the raspberries. Do not defrost ice cream raspberries.

Roll out the second part of the dough and draw a drawing. I have a special roller for this purpose. You can just make cuts with a knife. And you can not make cuts in the dough. Put on the side and let the dough stand for 30-40 minutes. Then brush with yolk and send to the oven.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Chill the finished cake a little and remove from the mold. Then slice and serve.
