Ingredients:
- Sour cream - 500 grams (thick)
- Milk - 400 Milliliters
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Vanilla sugar bag - 1 Piece
- Gelatin - 20-25 Grams
- Egg yolk - 3 Pieces
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Water - 80-100 Milliliters (how much gelatin will take)

How to make "Cream Jelly"

Prepare your ingredients.

Put the sour cream to cool, soak the gelatin in room temperature water to swell for 20-30 minutes.

Put 3 egg yolks in a saucepan, add sugar.

Mash the sugar and yolks.

Pour the sugar and egg mixture with warm milk, stir well until smooth.

Place the milk mixture in a water bath, heat with stirring. Pour in vanilla sugar, add the swollen gelatin, stir until the gelatin dissolves.

Pour cocoa powder into the heated mixture, stir until the cocoa is dissolved.

To get rid of any lumps, rub the mixture through a sieve. Refrigerate to room temperature.

Whisk in the chilled sour cream.

Pour the milk-chocolate mixture into the whipped sour cream, beat until smooth.

Pour the mixture into molds and bowls. Refrigerate.

After about an hour (depending on the quality of the gelatin used), the cream jelly is ready. It can be garnished with berries and mint leaves.
