How to cook "Rice pancakes on kefir"
Prepare your ingredients.
Beat an egg into a bowl, pour in kefir, add salt and sugar.
Stir the ingredients and add the baking soda.
Mix everything well again and pour in the vegetable oil.
Add rice flour, stir the dough so that there are no lumps.
Now pour in boiling water and bring the dough to a liquid consistency, like on pancakes.
Preheat a skillet and pour some of the dough into it.
Fry the pancake until nice golden brown on both sides.
