- Shortbread cookies - 170 grams
- Curd cheese - 100 grams
- Dark chocolate - 100 grams
- Butter - 20 grams
- Powdered sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Confectionery sprinkles - 30 Grams

How to make "Cookie Pops Cake"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your cake pops. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand, it should soften.

Break shortbread cookies and grind into small crumbs. Put it in a bowl.

Add to bowl of cookie crumbs.

Add soft butter to a bowl.

Place the curd cheese in a bowl.

Mix everything until smooth.

Roll the dough into identical balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Melt some of the chocolate and dip one end of the cake pops into it.

Immediately stick the sticks with the chocolate end into the prepared balls. Put it back on for 30 minutes to freeze the chocolate.

Add the remaining chocolate to a bowl of melted chocolate and melt in a water bath. Dip the pop cake in melted chocolate.

And immediately dip the tops in the pastry sprinkle.

Set the pops cake vertically, at a distance and refrigerate until it solidifies.

Serve with tea and coffee.
