Ingredients:
- Chicken stomachs - 350 Grams
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Milk - 1 Glass (any fat content)
- Wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 4 Pinches
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Green onions - 2-3 Pieces (stem)
- Bay Leaves - 3 Pieces

How to make Pancakes with Chicken Gizzards

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse chicken stomachs thoroughly in water, remove fat from them - it is often very dirty. Rinse again.

Place the washed chicken stomachs in a cauldron, stewpan or ladle and cover with warm water. Add two pinches of salt and bay leaves, boil for 1.5 hours until tender.

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep container, add two pinches of salt and beat. Pour in milk of any fat content and whisk again.

Add wheat flour and gently stir into the egg mass to avoid clumps. Leave the dough alone for 15 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the dough and stir.

Preheat a skillet and bake blini, frying for a minute on each side.

Once the chicken stomachs are soft, turn off the heat.

Remove them from the broth, cut into small cubes. Wash the green onion stalks, chop and mix with the cut offal. If desired, the mass can be fried in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Place some of the filling on the edge of the pancake.

Roll up with a roll. Twist the rest of the pancakes in this way.

Put them on a plate and serve warm, maybe with sour cream, garlic sauce, ketchup.
