How to make "Buns with marmalade"
Prepare the ingredients for making the marmalade buns.
Make the dough. To do this, put the yeast in a bowl.
Pour in warm milk, add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Break an egg into a bowl.
Add melted butter, which needs to be chilled a little.
Add the sifted flour.
Knead a soft, elastic dough. It will stick to your hands a little. This is normal.
Place the bowl of dough in a warm place, covered with a towel or cling film. In an hour and a half, the dough will do.
After the dough is removed from the bowl, wrinkle and divide into balls weighing 50-60 grams.
Roll each ball into a cake, in the middle of which put the marmalade.
Raise the edges of the cake to the top, forming a bag. Then close it up. It turned out to be a bun.
Place the buns in a baking dish. Let the distance be 25-30 minutes. During this time, the buns will rise.
Brush the buns with an egg. You can sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
