- Vegetable oil - 80 grams (refined)
- Water - 75 grams (boiling water)

- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Starch - 1-2 Teaspoons
- Apple - 1 Piece
- Plums - 4-5 Pieces
How to make Lean Plum Pie
Prepare all ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add vegetable oil, mix until wet crumbs.
Pour in hot water, knead a homogeneous dough. Roll it into a ball, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Roll 2/3 of the dough into a thin flat cake. Slightly larger in diameter than a baking dish. Pour the dough into a mold, form the sides.
For the filling, wash the plums, remove the seeds, cut into slices. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into cubes. Add starch. Stir.
Place the filling into the mold. Sprinkle sugar on top.
Roll the remaining dough into a layer, cut out the stars using a curly mold. Lay them on top. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
