- Spinach - 1 Bunch
- Strawberry - 150 Grams
- Almonds - 20 Grams
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Flower honey - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons

How to make Strawberry Almond Salad

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Cut off the stems from a bunch of spinach, disassemble it into leaves and rinse each one, then pat dry with paper towels. Place fresh herbs on a plate. If you do not like fresh spinach, then you can pour over the greens with boiling water in a colander, and then shake off excess moisture and put on a plate.

Remove the tails from the strawberries, rinse each of them in water and cut in half if they are small, or cut into slices if the berries are large. Place on top of washed spinach.

Put honey and granulated sugar into a small jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. If the strawberries are sweet, then the sugar can be removed from the ingredients list.

Pour in the vinegar and close the lid tightly. Shake the jar or container to dissolve the honey in the vinegar for a fragrant dressing.

Using a teaspoon, pour the prepared dressing over the sliced strawberries and spinach.

Sprinkle the salad with almonds, optionally chia seeds or sesame seeds.

Serve the dish to the table immediately after serving, while it retains the maximum vitamins and minerals.
