How to make Fried Pumpkin Pies
Prepare your ingredients.
Combine half a serving of flour and salt.
Pour in water.
Pour in odorless vegetable oil.
Stir the dough so that there are no lumps.
Pour in the remaining flour and knead the dough, let it stand under the towel for 15-20 minutes.
Grate pumpkin and mix with sugar. The filling is ready.
Divide the dough into small pieces, roll out and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
Pinch the pies, shape.
Heat oil in a skillet, add pies, start frying over medium heat.
