How to make "Liver Bread"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your bread roll. If the liver has been frozen, remove it beforehand and place it in the refrigerator to thaw.

Rinse the liver and punch with a blender or pass through a meat grinder until smooth.

Peel the garlic, finely grate and add to a bowl with skipped liver.

Break an egg into a bowl of liver and garlic and mix everything well.

Pour in milk.

Pour semolina into a bowl of liver and mix everything well.

Leave the bowl of minced liver meat to rest for 30 minutes. During this time, the semolina will swell, and the minced meat will become denser.

Place a baking sleeve in a rectangular baking dish and pour the minced liver onto it. Close the top with the top layer of the sleeve.

Place in a hot oven and bake the liver bread at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until tender. Remove from oven and cool.
