How to cook "Juice on kefir with cottage cheese"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Break 1 egg into a bowl, add sugar and stir with a fork.

Add kefir, soft butter, salt. Stir.

Pour in flour, baking powder. Knead a soft, pliable dough. Slight sticking to hands is allowed.
