Just beat the eggs together with sugar and salt into a fluffy foam and then proceed according to the classic biscuit dough scenario. You can add a few drops of flavoring or vanilla sugar.

How to make "Three Eggs Biscuit"

Prepare your ingredients.

Drive the chicken eggs into a deep container with high sides or into the bowl of a food processor. Add salt and granulated sugar there. Salt must be added, otherwise the sweetness of the baked goods will not be felt. Whisk everything for 3-5 minutes into a fluffy lather at the highest speed of the technique. At this point, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Pour in wheat flour after sifting it. You do not need to add baking powder or soda, the biscuit will turn out to be lush. Stir in the flour with a silicone spatula or whisk, being careful not to settle.

Grease the mold with vegetable or butter, pour the biscuit dough into it - it will be thick, but not dense.

Send the baking dish to the oven for 20-25 minutes, observing the baking surface. Use a tall form for making a cake, and a wide one for a cake for tea. As soon as the biscuit is browned, remove the form from the oven and turn it upside down, otherwise the pastry will settle. Leave the dessert as it is to cool.

Remove the cooled sponge cake from the mold and serve or prepare a cake by cutting it horizontally into 2-3 pieces.
