How to cook "Butter eyes buns"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Pour warm milk into a bowl, add yeast, salt, sugar and a beaten egg. Stir.

Add the sifted flour in portions, stirring well each time. Add soft butter as you knead. Knead a soft and pliable dough.

Transfer to a clean, dry bowl, cover with a towel, and store in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

After the time has passed, the dough will increase. Do a workout. Divide into 15 parts. Round and roll into a ball.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the blanks. Cover with a towel, leave on the table for 30 minutes.

While the blanks are coming up, prepare the filling. Mix 50 grams of soft butter with 2 tbsp. Sahara. Stir.

Take plastic wrap. Put butter and sugar on it, shape into a "sausage". Wrap up. Place in the freezer. By the end of the approach of the blanks on the baking sheet, usually the oil mixture has already solidified.

After 30 minutes, make a depression in the blanks with your finger, to the bottom of the dough. Remove the filling from the freezer and cut according to the number of blanks, in my case 15 pieces. Place the pieces of butter and sugar in the indentations.

Combine the yolk and a teaspoon of sugar. Lubricate future buns with the resulting mixture. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Focus on your oven!

Remove the finished buns from the oven. Refrigerate on a baking sheet.

Serve with tea. Enjoy your meal!
