- Beets - 2 Pieces
- Potatoes - 1-2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pieces
- Green peas - 100 Grams
- Sauerkraut - 75 Grams
- Capers - 25 Grams (pickled)
- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Dill - 1/4 Bunch

How to make "Vinaigrette with capers"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the beets, dry and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until soft. Approximately 1-1.5 hours.

Peel the beets, then cut into small cubes.

Boil potatoes and carrots. Cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the sauerkraut. Cut the pickles into small cubes.

Transfer prepared ingredients to a large bowl. Add peas and capers.

Add chopped dill to a bowl. Season the vinaigrette with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
