How to make Diet Potato Soup

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel potatoes, wash and dry. Cut the potatoes into coarse pieces.

Wash and dry the champignons, chop the mushrooms at random.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan. In a dry frying pan, fry a little carrots and mushrooms, add to the potatoes.

Add the washed buckwheat to the saucepan.

Pour warm water into a saucepan, add spices.

Cook the soup for 35-40 minutes over low heat.
