- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons (any fat content)

How to cook "Chicken cutlets" Rubbish "

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Instead of fillet, you can use chicken meat, cut from any part of the carcass.

Wash the fillets in water, cut off the films and cut into small cubes in a bowl.

Beat in chicken eggs, add mayonnaise of any fat content.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Add flour and knead not a thick dough, as for pancakes.

Then heat the vegetable oil and put the dough with fillet pieces into it with a tablespoon, fry on each side for 2 minutes on moderate heat, so that the cutlets have time to fry from the inside.

Place the hot patties on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Serve the cutlets warm with ketchup, garlic sauce, thick yogurt or sour cream.
