- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Vinegar 6% - 120 Milliliters
- Salt - 60 Grams
- Coriander seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Peppercorns - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 1-2 pieces

How to cook "Vegetables for the winter"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the radishes and carrots into slices, the onion into large slices, peel the garlic. Peel the bell pepper from seeds, disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. Cut the vegetables into large slices.

Place the onion, carrot, cauliflower, bell pepper, radish and garlic in layers at the bottom of the pre-sterilized jar.

For the marinade, add salt, sugar, peppercorns and coriander seeds to the water. After boiling, add vinegar and remove from heat.

Pour the marinade over the vegetables. Close the lid, turn the jar upside down and leave to cool completely.

Vegetables for the winter are ready!
