How to cook "Uram"

Take all the ingredients for making uram.

Break an egg into a bowl, add sugar.

Whisk the sugar with an egg whisk.

Add milk, salt and baking soda.

Pour in vodka.

Whisk all these ingredients well again.

Add flour.

Knead a sufficiently stiff and elastic dough.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces for easy handling.

Roll each part of the dough into a thin layer.

Cut the dough into strips 3-4 centimeters wide.

Wrap a strip of dough on a stick, but not tightly.

Pour refined sunflower oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat it well. Spread the dough out and support immediately with tongs to prevent the dough from unrolling into a tape. Since the dough swells during the frying process.
