How to cook "Uzbek flatbread with meat"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour flour into a deep bowl, make a hole.

Add warm water, salt and melted butter.

Add flour in portions.

Knead a soft and elastic dough. Collect it in a ball, cover with a towel and let sit for 20 minutes.

For the filling, fry the onion until soft, add the minced meat, salt to taste and spices and fry everything together until cooked.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Form a bun out of each part.

Grease the table and rolling pin with vegetable oil and roll out the dough in the shape of a rectangle, about 3 mm thick. Spread the filling evenly.

Wrap the dough in a roll, pinch the edges and fold into a snail.

Roll the snail into a round cake

Fry the cakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

Enjoy your meal!
