Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 250 Grams
- Olives - 10 Pieces
- Red onion - 1/2 Pieces
- Parsley - 1/4 Bunch
- Lemon - 1/4 Piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Paprika - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Hot chili peppers - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste

How to make Moroccan Potato Salad

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Then boil in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes.

Drain the water, dry the potatoes. Cuts in half if the potatoes are large.

Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater. For dressing, combine lemon juice, zest, vegetable oil and all the spices.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, separate the parsley leaves from the stem and chop. Cut the olives into rings.

Pour the dressing over the potatoes. Add olives, onions and parsley. Mix gently.
