How to cook "Omelet with Liver"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. It is best to use chicken liver, it is not bitter, but you can also make a delicious dish from pork and beef liver. The main thing is to soak them for 1 hour in milk to remove the bitterness.
Rinse the chicken liver in water, remove the veins and films, dry with a paper towel. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, reduce heat and add liver to it. Be sure to fry only on moderate heat, as the offal starts to "shoot" at high frying temperatures.
At this time, beat the chicken eggs with milk of any fat content or sour cream in a bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper, beat a little more.
Turn the liver over to the other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Blood should stop secreting from the offal. You do not need to fry the liver for a long time, it will taste bitter and become dryish. The optimal time is 10 minutes.
