Solyanka is fragrant, nourishing and very tasty. As for a specific recipe, it is very simple to prepare it. And if you cook the broth with chicken in advance, then the preparation of the hodgepodge will take about 40 minutes. Add salt to the soup to a minimum with a cucumber brine.

How to cook "Solyanka with cucumber pickle"
Prepare the ingredients for making the hodgepodge.
Cook the chicken. To do this, place the chicken leg in a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat afterwards and remove the foam.
Cook the chicken over the lowest heat until tender. After that, you can strain the broth.
Peel the onions, wash and chop finely, put in the pan.
Add finely chopped and grated pickled cucumber.
Place the tomato paste in the skillet.
Pour in refined sunflower oil and 50 ml. chicken broth. Cover and simmer the onion and cucumber over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
While the cucumber and onions are stewing, make the sausage. Slice sausages and semi-smoked sausage.
Place in a saucepan with chicken stock.
Also, cut ham, smoked sausage and boiled chicken into small cubes.
Add these ingredients to the pot.
And also onions with cucumber and tomato paste.
Lay out the bay leaf.
Pour in the cucumber pickle. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Boil the hodgepodge for 15 minutes and turn it off. Add pitted olives to the finished dish.
