How to cook "Arabyata Pasta"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil the paste until aldente.

Finely chop the onion, garlic and red chili with a knife. Fry in a skillet until aroma appears.

Add cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters.

Next, pour in the grated tomatoes. After a couple of minutes, when the mixture starts to boil, add all the spices and salt. Cook the sauce for a couple more minutes. If the sauce seems sour, add a little sugar.

Then add the boiled pasta and finely chopped parsley. Stir until the sauce covers all the pasta evenly.

Add some grated cheese at the end.
