- Soda - 1 Pinch
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 teaspoons (for greasing the baking sheet)
- Vinegar 9% - 3 Milliliters (for extinguishing soda)

How to make "Flourless Buns"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Pour water into a bowl.

Add semolina, salt and sugar.

Add baking soda, quench with vinegar.

Mix everything very well. Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes. During this time, the semolina will swell.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Form buns of the prepared dough of the same size, place them on a baking sheet.

Send the buns to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Flourless buns are ready. Enjoy your meal!
