Making muffins is very simple. If desired, they can be made with a filling of dried fruits, marmalade, poppy, raisins. The process of forming buns is quite fun, so involve your home ones in making them. They will then happily eat these muffins.

- Fresh yeast - 20 grams

- Vanilla sugar - 5 grams
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Butter - 60 grams
- Wheat flour - 400 grams
- Chicken egg - 1 Piece

How to make muffin muffins

Prepare the ingredients for making muffin buns.

Crumble yeast into a bowl, add a tablespoon of sugar.

Pour in warm milk. After 10-15 minutes, the yeast is activated.

Melt the butter, cool a little and pour into the milk with yeast.

Add the egg, 4 more tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Sift flour into a bowl.

Knead an elastic and soft dough.

Cover the bowl with cling film and send to a warm place. After an hour and a half, the dough will increase in volume.

Roll out the dough into a layer 3-4 mm thick. Using any notch or ring, make circles with a diameter of 7-8 centimeters. Fold each circle in half.

And twice again.

Place three folded mugs of dough in a muffin tin.

The second way to form buns. Place three circles of dough with an overlap.

Roll up.

Cut the roll in two.

Place these roses in a cupcake pan.

Fill all the tins and place them in the baking dish.

Let the buns stand warm for 20-25 minutes. Grease eggs with white and send to the oven preheated to 175-180 degrees.

Bake the buns for 40-45 minutes.

The muffins are ready. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
