- Walnuts - 50 Grams
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves

How to make Green Pea Pate

Prepare all ingredients.

If using frozen peas, put them in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Then douche it with ice water to keep the vibrant green color.

Grind the green peas, garlic and nuts with a blender until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper, pour olive oil into the paste. Grind the pate again.
