Add the amount of flour to cheesecakes depending on the moisture content of the curd. If the curd is very wet, then you may need twice as much flour. The addition of semolina to the dough is also very helpful. I will tell you in more detail in a step-by-step recipe on how to make cheese cakes with marmalade.

How to cook "Syrniki with marmalade"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Add semolina, egg, sugar and flour to cottage cheese. Stir well, remember. With the addition of flour, be guided by the moisture content of the dough. Let the dough stand for 7-10 minutes for the semolina to work.

Take the dough with a tablespoon, form a cake and roll on one side in flour. Put the marmalade on top or half, if large, and press a little.

A little more dough on top to cover the marmalade. Dip the cheesecake completely in flour and fry in hot vegetable oil in a pan on both sides until golden brown.

Put the finished cheesecakes on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Enjoy your meal!
