- Puff-yeast dough - 300 Grams
- Grilled chicken fillet - 120 Gram
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Cucumber - 1 Piece
- Leaf lettuce - 2-3 Pieces (leaf)
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons (garlic)
- Cheese - 60 grams (hard)
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Arugula - 10 Grams

How to cook "Shawarma Pizza"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Grill the chicken fillet beforehand. Potatoes and cabbage are not added to pizza, but tomato, cucumber, bell pepper are easy. The main thing is to add the cucumber when serving, as well as fresh herbs. Toss the ketchup and garlic sauce or garlic mayonnaise.

Roll out the puff pastry, cut the circle, form the sides. Spread the prepared sauce over the middle of the piece.

Sprinkle the sauce with grated hard cheese of any kind. It is best to grate it on a fine mesh grater - this will melt the product faster.

Cut the toasted chicken fillet into slices and place on the piece.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, send the workpiece to bake for about 15 minutes, watching the surface. If it swells, then it will need to be pierced so that the filling does not flow out over the edges. Remove the hot base from the oven.

Rinse fresh herbs and cucumber. Cut the cucumber into slices and pick the lettuce leaves and place on top of the pizza.

Serve hot.
