Ingredients:
- Young potatoes - 250 Grams
- Onions - 1/4 Pieces (red)
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Mustard - 1/2 Art. spoons
- Wine vinegar - 1/2 Tbsp. spoons (white)
- Radish - 5 Pieces
- Greens - To taste (Dill, parsley)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to make "New Potato Salad"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Then place in a saucepan of boiling salted water. Cook the potatoes in their uniforms for 15-20 minutes.

Drain and cut the potatoes into wedges.

Wash the radishes, cut the tails and cut into thin slices. Wash the greens, dry and chop finely.

Finely chop the onion for dressing. Mix mustard with vinegar, then add oil. Add chopped onion at the end.

Place the potatoes and radishes in a bowl, pour over the sauce, stir. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
