How to cook "Pork cutlets with buckwheat"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Boil buckwheat in advance and cool. Peel and wash the onion and garlic.

Chop the onion and garlic in a blender. Add to the minced meat along with buckwheat. Stir.

Wash the mushrooms and chop finely, add to the minced meat with a raw egg.

Mix everything thoroughly and salt to taste.
