How to cook "Millet porridge with egg"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. If the milk is not fat, then add 20 grams of butter.

Pour millet into a deep container and fill with water, rinse thoroughly. Drain and pour in clean water, rinse a few more times until the liquid remains clear. If millet is poorly washed, the porridge may have a bitter taste.

Pour the cereals into a cauldron or saucepan with a non-stick bottom, pour in hot water and place the container on the stove, boiling for 15 minutes. Add sugar and salt. First you need to cook cereals in water, since milk prevents millet from boiling.

As soon as the millet swells, heat milk of any fat content in the microwave or ladle, pour it into a cauldron with porridge and stir, cook for another 5 minutes. At the same stage, you can add butter to the cauldron if the milk is not fat.

Beat the chicken egg for 1 minute.

Pour the beaten egg into the porridge in a thin stream and stir immediately.

Mash the porridge on the stove for another 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat.

Put in plates and serve with honey, jam, jam.
