How to cook "Eggplant in Creamy Sauce"

Prepare the ingredients for cooking eggplant in a creamy sauce. If you wish, you can fry a small onion with the eggplant.

Wash the eggplant, peel and cut into cubes. Place in a skillet.

Fry in a little sunflower oil. You can add a little water to make the eggplant stew rather than roast. This will result in less fat.

Pour soy sauce over the eggplant.

Add flour.

Stir and continue to fry for 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the cream, salt to taste.

Add chopped garlic.

Stir all the ingredients again and heat the dish for 3 minutes over low heat.
