Making pizza with stew is very simple. If you have prepared the dough in advance, then the whole process will not take more than 15-20 minutes. I'll show you the recipe for my favorite pizza dough, but you can make any other, and for the fastest possible result, puff pastry or a ready-made pizza base, which can be purchased at any nearby supermarket, is perfect.

- Stew - 120 Grams
- Cheese - 70 Grams
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Water - 125 Milliliters
- Flour - 200 Grams
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Dry yeast - 1.25 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Pizza sauce - To taste (I have ketchup and mayonnaise in equal proportions)
- Spices - To taste (I have oregano and dried basil)
How to cook "Pizza with stew"
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine warm water, sugar and yeast in a deep bowl. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then add flour and salt.
Mix everything, add oil.
Knead the dough, put it in a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide the dough in two. I will use one part to make pizza, and the other I usually freeze. You can of course make two pizzas at the same time. There can be one filling, or you can make different pizzas in terms of content. Roll out the dough to the size of the mold, I have 27 cm in diameter, brush with sauce and sprinkle with spices. I use oregano and basil.
Spread the stew evenly on top. First, I remove all the fat, and knead the stew with a fork.
Put the tomatoes cut into slices on the stew.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pizza. Cook in the oven at 230 degrees for about 10 minutes.
The pizza with stew is ready.
