Delicious aromatic pancakes on egg powder are ideal not only for breakfast, but also for dessert, as a snack. They are served with various sweet sauces, sour cream and thick yogurt, freshly brewed coffee, tea, hot milk. You can even freeze and reheat baked goods in the microwave.

- Egg powder - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Warm water - 1.5 cups
- Wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 Art. spoons
How to make Egg Powder Pancakes
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Instead of water, you can use milk, kefir or fermented baked milk of any fat content.
Pour the egg powder into a bowl, add a little warm, but not hot water and stir, leave to swell for 5-10 minutes, then stir again.
Add the rest of the water, add sugar, salt and whisk.
Stir in the wheat flour and gently whisk the entire contents of the container so that no lumps form.
Pour in vegetable oil and stir, leave the dough alone for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat a pancake pan and pour a small portion of the dough over it, rounding immediately. Fry the pancake on each side for 1 minute and place on a plate.
In this way, cook the rest of the pancakes until the dough runs out.
Place them on a plate and serve warm with a variety of sweet sauces.
