- Celery stalk - 2-3 pieces
- Green apple - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 1 Piece
- Rosemary - 1 Piece (twig)
- Vegetable broth - 1/2 Liter
- Shallot onions - 1 Piece
- White wine - 30-40 Milliliters
- Butter - 10 Grams
- Cream - 80 Milliliters
- Granular mustard - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Nutmeg - 1-2 Pinch
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Sugar - To taste

How to make Apple and Celery Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Preheat a saucepan over medium heat. Melt a piece of butter, sauté a sprig of rosemary. Then pull it out.

Add chopped shallot in half rings to the flavored oil. Fry it until soft.

Next, send the diced potatoes to the pan. Fry it for a few minutes. Add white wine. Wait for it to completely evaporate.

Then add the chopped celery stalk and the peeled apples.

Pour in vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer until the potatoes are tender.

Add cream to the saucepan and blend the soup until puree.

Add salt, mustard, black pepper, sugar and nutmeg. Heat the soup for 1-2 minutes.
