A colorful salad can be prepared in just 5-10 minutes. This is very important when there is no free time to create a complete dish. How to make Spinach with Strawberries and Nuts
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Take apart a bunch of spinach, rinse each leaf in water and cut off the stems from them. Dip with paper towels to remove excess moisture and place on a plate. You can scald greens with boiling water or keep spinach in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes - it will become softer.
Rinse the strawberries in water and remove the tails from the berries. Cut each piece in half or quarters, and place on top of the spinach.
In a bowl or bowl, combine salt, ground black pepper, soy sauce, sugar and cold-pressed olive oil, mix thoroughly until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved, creating a fragrant dressing.
Pour the prepared dressing over all the ingredients on a plate.
Dry the walnut kernels in a pan or in the oven for about 4-5 minutes, then cool slightly and break in the palms of your hands, but not into crumbs. Sprinkle them on top of your salad. Optionally you can add sesame or chia seeds, finely chopped fresh mint, pre-washed and dried. Serve the dish to the table immediately after serving, while it retains the maximum vitamins and minerals.
