How to make Sorrel Puffs

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the sorrel and pat dry. Slice off the stems, then slice the leaves thinly.

Add riccott and grated cheese, stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick. Then cut into 8x8 cm squares.

Place the filling in the center of half of the squares. Moisten the edges of the squares with water.

Cover with the other half of the squares, pinch the edges with a fork. Bake the puffs for about 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Sorrel puffs are ready, bon appetit!
