- Chicken fillet - 150 grams (grill)
- Lavash - 1 Piece (thin)
- Gherkins - 2 Pieces
- White cabbage - 100 Grams
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 1-2 Pieces (fries or grilled)
- Garlic mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Dill - 2-3 Pieces (stem)
- Green onions - 2-3 Pieces (stem)

How to cook "Deners in pita bread"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Fry the chicken fillet and peeled potatoes in a pan or grill beforehand.

Chop the white cabbage with ribbons and place in a deep container. Rinse and chop fresh herbs, add to cabbage. Pickled onions can be used instead of green onions. Season with salt and stir gently to release the juice.

Unroll the pita bread on a board, brush one half of it with garlic sauce or garlic mayonnaise. Place the cabbage mixture over the sauce.

Rinse the tomato and slice it into half rings, cutting out a green core. Place on cabbage.

Cut gherkins or pickles into slices and place on top of cabbage.

Cut the grilled chicken and grilled potatoes into cubes. You can pre-fry the fries.

Pour the sauce over the entire filling and roll the pita bread, trying not to squeeze the filling too much so that the pita bread does not burst.

Fry the donar on both sides, either on the electric grill or in a skillet without oil.
