- Sour cream - 1 Glass (a glass with a volume of 200 ml.)
- Egg - 5 Pieces (3 pcs. - in the filling, 2 pcs. - in the sauce)
- Milk - 80-100 Milliliters

How to cook "Lavash with cottage cheese in a slow cooker"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Make the filling. Put cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoons in a deep bowl. sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt, 80 ml. milk.

Stir well. The mass should be the consistency of thick sour cream.

Unroll the pita bread on the work surface. Lubricate it with curd filling. Roll up the roll and leave on the table for 3-5 minutes to soak. If the pita bread is very thin, impregnation may not be necessary. Then roll up the "snail".

Take a multicooker bowl and brush the bottom with a thin layer of oil. Lay out the pita snail.

Make the sauce. In a bowl, mix a glass of sour cream, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. sugar, vanillin to taste. Whisk until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the pita bread with the curd filling. Place the bowl in the multicooker. Turn on the "Bake" mode for 45 minutes, after the end of the program, turn on the "Bake" mode for another 20 minutes.

Leave the finished pie in a slow cooker for 30 minutes with the lid open. After the dessert, remove using the steamer bowl. Transfer to a plate and serve.
