How to cook "Royal dumplings"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Prepare dumplings yourself at home or purchase them frozen with any filling.

Boil water and dip the dumplings in it. Boil for about 12-15 minutes until tender.

Cut the champignons into cubes, slices and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan. If instead of green onions you use onions, then fry them with mushrooms as well.

By the time the mushrooms are fried, the dumplings will be ready. Do not leave them in the broth or they will swell.

Arrange the hot dumplings in any size pots - be guided by serving sizes.

Put sour cream of any fat content on the dumplings. Chop the washed green onion stalks and chop them, sprinkle with sour cream. Salt.

Place the toasted mushrooms on a layer of sour cream. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Since the dumplings in the pots are hot, the pots themselves will be hot and will not crack from the temperature difference, and the dish will bake faster.

Grate any type of hard cheese on a fine mesh grater. Sprinkle the mushroom layer with grated cheese. Repeat layers if desired.

Cover the pots with lids or foil, place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove carefully after baking to avoid scalding.
